Ronnie=Chelsea, Holt=Reading

OK so it's been a while since my last post (Robertson Won! As I predicted!) so I thought about doing something fun. Apart from Snooker, my favourite sport is football. So what happens when you mix them together?  Hopefully not this.
But if Snooker players were football teams, who would they be? Well here we go...

Chelsea - Ronnie. The Best

Liverpool - Hendry. Once the absolute best

Man U - Higgins. Huge Fan Base and Title Winner

Arsenal - Mark Selby. Young Challenger but keeps losing this season

Aston Villa - Ryan Day. Consistent last season, looks like Top 4 this

Hull - Judd Trump. New Kid who's surprised a lot of people

Everton - Ding Junhui. Looked like breaking into Top 4 but have faded now and are very

inconsistent

Boro - Dominic Dale. Won some trophies recently but otherwise done nothing

Pompey - Marco Fu. Last season stopped the best team/player never to win anything

Fulham - Liu Chuang. Great escape last season with a great performance at the final

tournament/match of the season

Sunderland - Joe Swail. In and out of Top 16/Prem like a Yo-Yo

Man City - Jamie Cope. Bags of Talent but never does anything

Bolton - Peter Ebdon. Boring

West Ham - Neil Robertson. Won a title in 2006 but hasn't done much since apart from get

fans in Middle East

Stoke - Liang Wenbo. New, but can only Long Pot/Throw

Wigan - Andrew Higginson. Stunned everyone by coming out of nowhere to reach a final/Prem. Nothing since though

Newcastle - Graeme Dott. Injuries have killed of this once great team/player

Blackburn - Shaun Murphy. Consistent, but struggling this season

Tottenham - Steve Davis. Great in he 80's, looked like he was coming back but struggled last season. Slight revival this season

West Brom - Mark King. Into Top 16/Prem, out this season

Reading - Michael Holt. Favourite player/team. Unlucky last season but back to best this season

Leeds - Jimmy White. Slight revival this season from a former great.
